  In March 2025, my husband was making a left-hand turn while a car coming in our direction blasted through a red light. My son was in the car and thankfully only had a little bit of damage to his body from the airbags deploying. My husband, however, was seriously injured, fracturing half of his face and having to have surgery at UAB. We were told that my husband was considered at fault by our insurance company, which we knew he was not. We were referred to Warren and Simpson‘s office by Tyler Mann Since this was a case, they thought would have to go to trial to prove that my husband was not at fault. By the grace of God, Derek Simpson was assigned to our case, and he fought very hard for my husband. He is such a down-to-earth attorney tells you straightforward exactly how he thinks the case will go and gives us worse case scenario so that we don’t come out expecting rainbows and butterflies, but a more realistic expectation based on what he can do. We trusted him fully to handle our case, and his staff was phenomenal at communicating with us through the entire year we went through this legal battle. We never felt rushed they answered all of our questions and we’re so kind. They truly wanted what was best for us and I am forever thankful for them. If you are looking for an attorney, who truly cares about the outcome of their clients case go with Derek Simpson, you won’t be disappointed, I promise you.
