  Do not I say do not do business with centro legal especially danny upton. This man is the wort nightmare my family is having right now. In all serious honesty he should not be allowed to practice law. He is ruining peoples lives and has no remorse about the damage he is causing

  I do not recommend to go to Danny Upton! Terrible service. For years there has been a case pending with my mom and til now nothing has been resolved and he tries to avoid the situation by not seeing her and was not given certain paperwork that she was suppose to receive. He never filed my mom’s petition and will not refund her money back. The front desk is no help either. One of the secretaries is rude when asked about requesting to see this lawyer. Do not go with Danny Upton, people like him take advantage of the situation in the Hispanic community and has given a bad reputation to the whole office. There is several people that have claimed about the same thing. We will take it up with the police and make a report. It’s not fair for lawyers like him to take advantage of the situation that is going on now with the immigration.
