  I was extremely disappointed with my experience. The communication I received throughout my case was misleading and created expectations that were not met. Through text messages, I was told I would be receiving approximately $13,000 after being hit by a drunk driver. However, when I arrived at the office to finalize my case, I was presented with a check for less than $5,000. Naturally, I was confused and asked for an explanation. At that point, I was shown a breakdown of deductions that had never been provided to me or discussed with me at any time during the process. Had these deductions been explained beforehand, I would have had a much clearer understanding of what to expect. I would not have accepted the settlement offer had I been informed of the actual amount I would ultimately receive after all deductions. After raising my concerns, the attorney handling my case assured me that he would speak with his partner and contact me, stating, “We will make this right.” Nearly three months have passed, and I have yet to receive any follow-up or communication from anyone at the firm. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this firm. If you are seeking legal representation after an injury, I encourage you to choose a firm that communicates transparently, manages expectations honestly, and follows through on its commitments.
