  I was referred to this firm by 2 highly sought after attorneys in the Birmingham area. When I called for help with what I believe is an abuse and negligence situation involving my mother while she lived in a local nursing home, the intake specialist explained all that is involved with pursuing such a claim. I was disappointed to learn that there would not be enough time to build a case because my mother is in her final days of life. The intake specialist was kind and empathetic, and I was satisfied. The next day Attorney Ben Ford took time from his busy schedule to call and shed additional light on why his firm couldn’t represent my mother. He used plain language with compassion and empathy. He answered all of my follow up questions, and pointed me in the direction of other ways to hold the nursing home accountable for not only my mother, but also for the residents who still live there. I’m going to tell you what I told Ben, “You do God’s work, and I want to thank you on behalf of all the people you help.” I’m a paralegal, so I can assure you that this kind of outreach is rare.

  I really love and enjoyed working with my team of attorneys they are amazing they handled my case very properly , professionally and accordingly. My team of lawyers updated me when an update was available within timely manners they helped me understand clearly help me mentally and emotionally throughout this entire process and when I say it was very emotional for me but they helped me get through it and still are offering support I absolutely love my team of attorneys they came together and made me and my case a top priority showed their love and support to me and my family.
