  Over the past year, I have worked with attorneys across a wide range of legal matters while navigating one of the most difficult chapters of my life. Having had that basis for comparison, I can confidently say that Ben Ford and the team at Marsh | Rickard | Bryan stood out. My interactions with Ben were exceptionally helpful.   The Marsh, Richard & Bryan Law Firm was the absolute best legal team we have ever worked with. Attorney Millz was referred to us by a family friend who is also an attorney, and he exceeded all of our expectations. From our very first meeting, the entire team treated us like family. We trusted every decision Attorney Millz made because it was clear that he always had our best interests at heart, even when it meant less profit for himself. We are 100% satisfied with the outcome of our case and could not have asked for better legal representation. We would not have wanted to work with anyone else on this matter.   I was referred to this firm by 2 highly sought after attorneys in the Birmingham area. When I called for help with what I believe is an abuse and negligence situation involving my mother while she lived in a local nursing home, the intake specialist explained all that is involved with pursuing such a claim. I was disappointed to learn that there would not be enough time to build a case because my mother is in her final days of life. The intake specialist was kind and empathetic, and I was satisfied. The next day Attorney Ben Ford took time from his busy schedule to call and shed additional light on why his firm couldn’t represent my mother. He used plain language with compassion and empathy. He answered all of my follow up questions, and pointed me in the direction of other ways to hold the nursing home accountable for not only my mother, but also for the residents who still live there. I’m going to tell you what I told Ben, “You do God’s work, and I want to thank you on behalf of all the people you help.” I’m a paralegal, so I can assure you that this kind of outreach is rare.
