  THE BEST I was completely lost and didn't know where to turn. Mr Arnold was my light in the storm. He will hold your hand and walk you through your entire process and Whitney will keep you well informed. His entire staff treats you like family. Mr. Arnold truly cares.Save yourself the worry and the headache and contact his office.

  Updated 21MAR26: Based on your feedback, I have emailed back to the assistant@ email address on 21MAR26 @11:11 am CST with a personal ID of 667234 for easy traceability. I reached out to Allen & Arnold Law Firm based on its strong reviews, and I want to be fair—this is just my personal experience. After submitting my inquiry, it took about two weeks to receive a response from Whitney Morgan. When I did hear back, the response was an automated rejection email with no personalization, no follow-up questions, and no attempt to better understand the details of my situation. My case involved serious concerns, including retaliation, harassment, and discrimination. I understand that firms must be selective, but I expected at least some level of engagement—whether that be a brief conversation or a few clarifying questions—before a decision was made. I would also recommend that others look beyond the overall ratings and pay attention to the types of cases being discussed in reviews to better determine if the firm aligns with their situation. I’m not saying the firm isn’t good, but my experience felt impersonal and transactional during a time when communication and responsiveness matter.

  He’s professional and knowledgeable, but also genuinely kind and easy to talk to. I never felt like just another case, I felt supported. I’m so grateful for his guidance and would absolutely recommend him to anyone dealing with an employment issue.
