I called back the following week. Made contact with the secretary, she said it was her mistake. My payment didn't go through and they didn't set my appointment?? I waited almost a month for one appointment. And they totally forgot about me. She told me she'd be happy to make another appointment for the $50 copay.. The fact that I had to wait a month and now she still is going to charge me a petty copay is ridiculous. I will never suggest this company to anyone. I did a lot of research and put trust in this company.. And they wasted my time.
