  Callahan & King is hands down the best legal team I have ever worked with! I came to them after another attorney told me there was basically nothing that could be done with my case. Where others saw a dead end, Mr. King and his team saw a path forward and delivered outstanding results. ​Mr. King, along with April and Juli, were incredibly kind, courteous, and professional throughout the entire process. They were open-minded and truly willing to hear out my perspectives, which made me feel like a valued member of the team rather than just another case number. ​What stood out most was their tenacity. They pursued a very difficult individual and company, refusing to give up even after multiple efforts. Here is a breakdown of why this happens and what constitutes "trouble" in this context: 1. Breach of Confidentiality (ABA Rule 1.6) The Rule: Lawyers must protect all information relating to client representation. The Problem: Posting details about a case, even anonymized, can lead to the identification of a client or reveal confidential strategy. Consequences: Disciplinary action, including suspensions, for disclosing too much information, especially without client consent. 2. Prejudicing an Adjudicative Proceeding (ABA Rule 3.6 - Trial Publicity) The Rule: A lawyer cannot make extrajudicial statements that they know will have a "substantial likelihood of materially prejudicing" a court proceeding.
