  Do yourself a favor and use any other divorce attorney in the county. Communication is horrible! I can’t tell you the number of times I was told work on my case was delayed because someone was out sick or another client had an emergency. I wondered when my case would be considered an emergency and take precedence. It took 7 months following a mutual agreement for the divorce decree to be typed up. 7 months!

  Truly Exceptional. I've had to hire a lawyer a handful of times over the years for a wide range of issues and have never before experienced the level of quality I did from Mr. Callahan. He listened attentively to my concerns, walked me through areas of confusion, and achieved an even better outcome than I had anticipated--all within about a week. His staff (paralegals/administrators) were also top notch and knew exactly who I was each time I called--almost like trusted acquaintances walking me through a problem and keeping me apprised every step of the way. If I need the services of a lawyer in Waco again, Mr. Callahan will be the first person I call.
