  Unprofessional representation Holladay law firm very much unprofessional. I signed up with this law firm on 8/14/24 and found out on 9/10/24 that me and my son was dropped 08/28/24 by text message from the chiropractor clinic we were getting therapy. I solicit Terry Byant law firm and before Terry Byant law firm consider taking my case they spoke with another lawyer to see if it was case worthy. After, consideration my case was referred to the Holladay law firm because of my location. My son and I were hit by a drunk driver on 08/03/24 with a .178 blood alcohol levels with no insurance and I was left without a vehicle. So you're telling me by way of text that we were dropped on 8/28/24 because Holladay law firm was unsure how to proceed with my case or felt they weren't going to be compensate from my case. My son and I went to therapy for three weeks not knowing we weren't being represented only to find out we were dropped two weeks ago. I tried calling Holladay law firm and asked for Ashley or Jason but got the answering service telling me they were with other clients. That was a lie. I even contacted Terry Byant law firm to see if they could tell me anything about being dropped from Holladay law firm. I received a call from a lady name Veronica from Terry Byant law firm telling me to contact Holladay law firm so they could speak on why they stop representing me and my son. On 9/11/24 I received a text message from the Holladay law firm stating their wifi was down and they would be contacting me. I don't believe anything Holladay law firm says. I realize after receiving a text 9/10/24 from the clinic realizing we've been dropped. I wouldn't recommend either law firm because they are unprofessional on communicating with clients that are nolonger being represented.

  Mr. Holladay was very professional, personable and dedicated. His office staff was always pleasant, the response was always prompt and helpful. I truly do recommend Mr. Holladay and his law firm. His clients are his priority and that was key for me. Thank you Holladay Firm.

  If you are ever injured in a car accident Mr. Holladay is the attorney to see. Could not ask for better representation.
