  Nice guy but he was constantly late and never fought for another alternative. CONSTANTLY LATE. Hours late to every meeting. Wouldn’t recommend. 2 stars for being at least nice.

  Scot Courtney has been my lawyer for 8 years and has been Amazing for all of it I cannot recommend a law firm more than this, he will go to bat for you at every turn. Best lawyer in hays county hands down

  Scot is both an amazing attorney and an incredible person. He helped me out of a serious bind when I thought not breaking the law would mean that I wouldn't be arrested and charged with a crime I did not commit (well think again - this is Hays Co.). Scot swopped in and had everything buttoned up and sorted out before I could even understand what was happening. If you live in or near Hays or Comal Counties - do yourself a favor and just save his number, in case you meet one of Hays County's "finest" on a day where they got yelled at one too many times by the lunch lady or whatever because Scot is worth his weight in platinum and will save your bacon. On top of just being genuinely a great guy, he is a living lexicon when it comes to navigating the intricacies of Texas law. I hope to never need his services again but hope I do very much hope to get to share a coffee with him again.
