  Be ware!!!!! This law office took my retainer and will not release it to me. It so sad because we needed the money in January due to a passing in the family. I paid deposit/retainer in early Dec 2025 and released them Dec 9 2025. Alma helps Rebecca with the cases and is very short with you and rude. They keep telling me they close files at the end of the month but Dec and Jan end of the month has passed and still no return of the retainer and NO INVOICE this far. I don’t even know how much they are charging me. They have not stopped answering my callings and emails. Frenchisca works the phones and left me on hold for 20mins this morning but when I called from my husbands phone she answered and hung up on me. 😭 really sad because we trust lawyers but then get this from a law office. They won’t even answer to me anymore. I have only ever reached out for an invoice and my remaining retainer to be returned. I am now getting the state bar and consumer protection involved.
