    Mr. De Luna is an outstanding tax attorney. His knowledge of the IRS and systems and programs are beyond compare! I was in very deep with a very large amount in back taxes. Mr. De Luna stopped all the threatening letters and negotiated a deal that allowed me to pay a monthly payment to pay down my tax debt. He has been great always been there to help me through the past nine years never failing to answer any questions and always be my advocate. And Mrs. Biddle his assistant is always there to help and is one of the kindest people i have ever met. THANK YOU Luis!!! When I thought all was lost you saved me. Always Grateful, Jimmie

    I don’t recommend this Attorney. He didn’t do what he said he was going to do, costing me thousands more to pay. I ended doing the job myself. I payed him what was agreed and he didn’t finish the job. Don’t hire him.
