They did not reach out for two weeks with getting a police report or anything else. They made us sign documents and got mad when wanting to switch lawyers. We attended no appointments, had no about on the opponents insurance, etc. They’re also wanting to split the costs with our current attorney even though they did absolutely nothing. They also continued to try to pursue our case after my husband that we found someone new and that’s when they wanted to start to get things actually done. Would not recommend this law firm
