  I had a great experience working with Arnold Lopez and Mrs. Elida Rodriguez. Both were professional, patient, and very helpful throughout the process. Arnold took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all my questions were answered, while Mrs. Rodriguez was equally attentive and supportive. I truly appreciated their guidance and professionalism, and they made the entire interaction smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend their services.

  Hire them a year ago no phone calls and then out of blue they release my case but keep my wife's which we were in same car same accident at 0 fault of ours I had to go to emergency room and since they dint wanna fight to get the money to pay for that they chose to fight for me wife who didn't go to hospital I'm filing a unethical claim against them for lack of representation and communication this is a clearly terrible firm who seeks money over justice its sad but it will be dealt with according they won't do it again I promise my car was totaled I have permanent injuries and this place stopped representation of my for those reasons my wife wasn't no where near as hurt and they make sure to take hers because they can make money Gloria was the worse and everyone staffed there

  I was told Jim Adler were the best n fast at there work but I'm sorry it's not I had gotten into two car accidents one in November 2024 and February 2025 it's been a year from the first car accident and 6 months since my second car accident n reminded both weren't my fault i fractured my one of my disc n my tail bone till this day i have the worst back pain im only 23 I shouldn't be having bad back pain so early on in age and remind u I was pregnant when I got into the car accident when I got seen I was told I got a blood clot around my baby almost lost my him lucky getting bed rest n taking it easy it went away on its own I did do therapy it's was okay but I was in a lot of pain they really couldn't do much ofc cuz I was pregnant. I get told my case are getting closed or oh sorry I'm waiting on this and that when I had to go out my way to get my medical records from the hospital beucz they couldn't get ahold of them for a few months I was able to get them with in a day ridiculous and then I get told we're at the end of the case and then something else pops up like I understand stand it take time for things to come along and they are busy people w multiple cases but when it comes to my attorney not getting ahold of me when I leave a good amount of voice mails even people ahead of them never answer their phones a lot of other people get through w their case with a snap and I'm here still waiting for the case to be closed I don't wanna wait almost two years or three for a case to be close tht is ridiculous
