    I highly recommend Bertsch and Boze to assist in elder care situations. I first met Attorney Boze when inquiring about setting up a special needs trust for a relative with dementia. We have issues to settle prior to setting up an SNT, but I left with good advice for the future. Attorney Boze also helped my father rewrite his will and POAs to include a 3rd party SNT. He answered all of our questions thoroughly. I am confident that my family will now be able to execute my father's will IAW his wishes when the time comes. I definitely intend to consult with this company again for future elder care issues.

    We had a great experience with Autumn, who kindly drove out to the skilled nursing facility at the Army Residence Community to work with my 90-year-old mother on estate documents. She was thoughtful and helpful as she reviewed mom's will and related documents for any needed updates. She was knowledgeable when answering questions, as well as patient and thorough. After my mother passed, it was comforting and reassuring to be able to re-connect with Autumn regarding any questions we had as we went through the process of closing mom's estate. Highly recommended.

    Carol and her staff went above and beyond with helping with my father’s estate matters. They answered all our questions and were always available. Carol was compassionate and caring toward my father. I am from out of state and was a little worried about finding the right attorney for my father, but I am forever grateful to have found this firm. Thank you!
