  I cannot say enough wonderful things about Stephanie Bandoski. She is not only an incredible attorney but also one of the most caring, responsive, and approachable professionals I’ve ever worked with. She is always quick to respond, truly listens, and has a way of making me feel supported and understood—almost more like a trusted friend than just our attorney. Stephanie has a unique ability to navigate the challenges of a high-conflict custody case with strength and insight, while always keeping the children’s best interests at the heart of every decision. She has a calm, honest way of telling us when we are taking something too seriously or when we need to step back, and I value that honesty immensely. What stands out the most is how easy she is to talk to. She just gets it. Having someone who is both deeply professional and deeply human in such a stressful process has made all the difference for me and my family.   Legally Misrepresented. I hired Miss S. Rodriguez in 2024 to assist with a guardianship case and to address family custody issues. However, my experience with her has been frustrating and disappointing, a true nightmare. Throughout our engagement, I found myself constantly following up on emails because she would not reply or answer, weeks at a time as she rarely reached out proactively. Miss Rodriguez charged a $5,000 cap, but as mediation approached, I was shocked to receive an email informing me of additional hourly charges and a large additional fee for her participation in mediation which left me no choice but to pay her mediation was two days away. This was contrary to our original agreement. During mediation, I felt completely unrepresented. She failed to advocate for me effectively, leaving me feeling defeated. In summary, I am extremely dissatisfied with Miss Rodriguez’s performance and she is aware. I have sent her several emails where Mr. Samantha Rodriguez was made aware of my dissatisfaction. She actually mentioned to let her go, but she was already paid. She did not fulfill her promises, failed to gather crucial documents, did not use my documents that she charged me for ( assault records of domestic violence ) and ultimately did not represent me adequately. My experience has left me feeling taken advantage of. I don’t mind paying an attorney but I needed one to REPRESENT me. I wasn't planning to post this review, but I gave Miss Rodriguez one last chance. Over a month ago, I sent her an email and a text, telling myself that if she replied, I would let this go. However, I have yet to receive a response or call. How did she allow me to agree to guardianship to my ex-husband who was arrested three times for domestic violence and abuse?? Lastly, my final was not what we agreed to in mediation according to the MSA ...now my ex is withholding my daughters when they should be returning to me, on sundays , he isn't incuding me in education ARD meetings, he removed me from my daughters school enrollment card... mind you my Ex- just started getting involved two years ago 2022...How does this happen?!? I have been envolved in my special needs daughters life their entire life. This should not happen to anyone. A true nightmare
