  I had an excellent experience with this attorney’s office during what was a very stressful and emotional legal process. From the beginning, I felt that I and my needs truly mattered. They listened, explained things clearly, and consistently kept my best interests at the forefront of every negotiation. What stood out most was that I never once felt like I was facing the process alone. They had my back throughout, helped me stay grounded during difficult moments, and guided me with both professionalism and compassion. When the situation warranted it, they were even responsive while away from the office or over weekends, which meant a great deal during such a stressful time. A special thank you to Lisa Richardson and Jennifer Bolton. Their professionalism, compassion, responsiveness, and steady guidance made a difficult process feel much more manageable.   From my first call with Chris, I knew I was making the right decision on choosing the Law Office of Lisa Richardson to handle my case. He answered all my questions and gave me some great advice. Amanda took over my case. Immediately we had a game plan. She knew what position I was in and what I wanted and always made that top priority. We had many setbacks from the opposing counsel, but she handled it like a pro. She was always prepared for whatever they threw at us. What stood out the most was communication between her and the entire team. Never a day that I was left hanging. I never had a question go unanswered. Most responses to any questions I had were answered within an hour or so. Some like 5 minutes. Communication was key for me. It was a unique case, so we had to be prepared for the next issues that were brought to us. I could go on and on about this firm. Thank you, Chris, Tyler, Jennifer, Haileigh for your care that went into my case. Amanda, I don't think I can ever thank you enough. Thanks for giving this your full attention throughout.   Very well satisfied with hiring Lisa and her staff.They accomplished more for less money then the previous 3 firms that i had hired for the same case. If your looking for a firm with integrity you found them !
