  I hired this attorney and paid a retainer, but over a year there was almost no communication or progress. She said she was busy working on other cases “day and night,” which was why she didn’t respond. The day before a scheduled court date, she withdrew, demanding $40,000 and leaving us scrambling at the last minute. I felt completely blindsided, vulnerable, and stressed, not knowing how my case would proceed. My case is still pending, and unused retainer funds have not been returned. I am filing a grievance with the State Bar. I strongly advise anyone considering this attorney to carefully review communication, fees, and case management. Also the reviews that are bad are from real person like me and I wish I would have considered them before hiring her.
