  Absolutely atrocious and joke of a law office. I called 4 days ago about a ticket I wanted to contest. I spoke to an initial intake person, then was called back by Isabel H. Isabel took ALL my information including a picture of my ticket, my ID, and my proof of insurance. Isabel assured me I’d get a call today from an attorney to move forward. 10 minutes after the call was scheduled I called in and spoke with someone else. She told me they don’t take my kind of ticket because it’s not considered “criminal”. 4 days. 4 days I could have been working with another law office. 4 days I could have been building my case to defend myself against bogus charges, but instead it was wasted by incompetent people practicing semantics not law, who unfortunately make more money than myself or anyone reading this. Stay FAR away because if they can’t even do appointments right I fear to think of what they’re going to do to your case!

  This law firm is a total waste of money and time. They take a week to respond, charge you ( via MetLife legal plan 1.5 hrs but only had a 20 min call) for their initial conversation. Then after multiple emails asking for a timeframe to review a document tell you " find another firm).

  These guys are terrible, Isabel at the front desk doesn’t know how to do her job, and Benjamin Perez is fraudulent in regards to the type of law he practices and addresses based on his reporting to the Tarrant County Bar Association. I was referred to him based on the criteria I filled out, they referred me to him based on the criteria he handles listed on the Tarrant county bar association referral portal. He refused to assist me, and didn’t even have the respect or social skills to call me and tell me/refer me to someone else. Instead, I had Isabel, who forgot to do her job and blundered around on the phone not knowing what to say, address this to me. Never work with these people. Seriously.
