Then after multiple emails asking for a timeframe to review a document tell you " find another firm).

I was referred to him based on the criteria I filled out, they referred me to him based on the criteria he handles listed on the Tarrant county bar association referral portal. He refused to assist me, and didn’t even have the respect or social skills to call me and tell me/refer me to someone else. Instead, I had Isabel, who forgot to do her job and blundered around on the phone not knowing what to say, address this to me. Never work with these people. Seriously.
