  I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel the need to share my experience to help other notaries make informed decisions. Notaries, be aware of how this company operates – and especially of Nathan Myers. I completed a signing where I printed the document that was sent to me—about 50 pages. After the appointment, I was told I had missed over 70 pages. I was genuinely shocked, because that was not what I received or printed. Had I known it was 124 pages, I would never have taken the job for just $90, knowing the company was being paid much more $200. As soon as I was informed about the missing pages, I immediately returned to meet the signers and finish the job—on the same day. I remained professional, courteous, and respectful with the clients throughout. Despite correcting the issue quickly and professionally, my fee was cut in half—to $45—with no prior notice. I was later told it was due to the signer’s inconvenience. While I understand that mistakes come with consequences, reducing the fee after the work was fully completed…especially without honest two-way communication—was unprofessional and unfair. I called to discuss the situation and was met with defensiveness. I was shocked when I was told that contacting the title company (who had also reached out to me) would be “crossing the line.” That alone felt like a red flag. I was spoken to in a dismissive tone and made to feel like I didn’t have the right to ask questions about my own pay. Yes, I did say “There is a God” – not as a threat, but as a reminder that there is always truth and justice, even when people try to twist situations. I stand by that. To be clear: ✅ I completed the job. ✅ I corrected the mistake immediately. ✅ I stayed professional throughout. ❌ I was underpaid and disrespected. ❌ I was falsely accused of being unprofessional for simply advocating for myself. Fellow notaries: Read the fine print. Document everything. Know your worth. I learned my lesson and hope others won’t have to learn it the hard way like I did.

  The process of working with Notary Connect was easy, simple, and efficient. I didn’t even need to leave my home for the services and that was great because I have a relatively busy schedule, especially during the normal work week. Even more impressive than that, a notary was able to come out to me on the same day, which was a Saturday, even though I hadn’t even reached out until it was already the middle of the day. I will likely have more documents, in the future, to notarize and I will be coming back to Notary Connect for their services!
