Dean Watts, Attorney At Law

Dean has been a practicing criminal defense lawyer in Nacogdoches, Texas for over 25 years. He has handled thousands of criminal law cases. Dean is a graduate of The George Washington University in Washington D.C. and Southern Methodist University School of Law in Dallas, Texas. He also competed the National Criminal Defense College Trial Advocacy Program in Macon, Georgia. Dean only practices criminal law, and has been Board Certified in Criminal Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 2004. Dean is a Texas Super Lawyer's honoree in 2021 and 2022. He provides representation at all stages of a criminal cases, whether it can resolved without a trial, if a trial becomes necessary, or if after a trial, the case requires an appeal.
