The attorney assigned to me, Ross, consistently failed to act, failed to enforce settlement terms, failed to communicate, and failed to protect me financially. He didn’t enforce the $3,000 I was owed. He ignored identity-related financial violations. He gave me incorrect legal advice. He abandoned preparation before a critical hearing. And he didn’t follow through on basic commitments. Shell & Shell did not safeguard my rights, my finances, or my stability. Veterans: look elsewhere for family-law representation. I cannot recommend them.
