Despite multiple calls and emails over several months, I rarely received any response or update about my case. I submitted all required documents promptly, yet communication was practically nonexistent. Professionalism and responsiveness are basic expectations when hiring an attorney, and unfortunately, that was not my experience. I would strongly caution anyone considering this firm to ask detailed questions upfront about how communication will be handled.
