Just seen a commercial and it reminded me of my experience when I was trying to obtain some help from them in the past. The commercial acts like they care about the community but I did not get that vibe when I went into the building. Met with them they spoke with my son and me and then told us it would be about $10,000 just to get started, that grandparents didn't have rights and I get that but they just acted like they didn't want the case and it couldn't be done. I got the feeling that our issue wasn't that important and kinda felt like they just didn't want the business cuz it wouldn't a very profitable case for them. Upon asking around a few people about lawyers in Bell county I was able to find a lawyer that helped with no problem and only charged $4,000. Got the joint custody for my grandbaby that this place said wouldn't likely happen, saved a ton and very happy that I didn't end up using this firm. Do research. Just because they got a nice building doesn't mean they actually care.
