  Despite submitting our son’s ADHD report and our meeting request to the school administrators, no evaluation was conducted and no ARD meeting was scheduled for 1.5 years. We were able to reach Ms. Jennifer through a mutual acquaintance who recommended her. She guided us through the process by clearly outlining the correct steps we needed to take. Even when we had the smallest question, we could always reach her, and she generously made time for us. She represented us legally and accompanied us at every stage. Our son was evaluated by an independent center and qualified for a 504 plan, and during the ARD meeting, the most appropriate program to meet his needs was determined. We are deeply grateful to Ms. Jennifer for always prioritizing our child’s best interests, for her fair and balanced approach, for successfully managing a process that began with difficulties at the school, for always being accessible when needed, and for patiently answering all our questions.
