  They're at say no matter how small the cases they can help you out but when there's not enough money to be made in the case they don't want to help you out

  Wouldn’t recommend. Between having 5 different caseworkers. How ever many attorneys, talk about stress. Personally don’t think 40% in fees is worth it. Don’t use this firm. It’s a waste of money.

  I am extremely disappointed and honestly disturbed by the way this firm handled my case and communication. As someone currently dealing with a traumatic brain injury (TBI) and documented mental health conditions, I relied on clear, honest information when making legal decisions. Instead, I was given misleading and contradictory statements regarding financial support and benefits. At the beginning of the conversation, I was explicitly told that if I proceeded with a disability case, the attorney would cover or provide TBI-related financial support while my workers’ compensation claim was pending. That representation played a major role in my decision-making, especially given my current financial hardship and medical condition. However, shortly after, that statement was completely walked back and denied. When I attempted to clarify, I was met with inconsistent answers and a refusal to acknowledge what had been communicated. This is not just poor service — it raises serious concerns about deceptive practices and misrepresentation, particularly when dealing with individuals in vulnerable medical situations. As someone recovering from a brain injury, clarity and honesty are critical. Instead, I experienced confusion, stress, and what appears to be a bait-and-switch style interaction. Making statements about financial support to someone in my condition and then denying them is unacceptable. I strongly caution others — especially those dealing with serious injuries or disabilities — to get everything in writing before proceeding. No one in a vulnerable position should be placed in a situation where critical information is unclear or misrepresented. I am currently reviewing my options regarding reporting this conduct to the appropriate regulatory authorities.

  Updating my original 5-star review now that I’ve experienced the full journey. At first, everything was amazing—quick responses, lots of reassurance, felt like I had a whole legal dream team ready to fight for me. Then once paperwork got signed… the attorney apparently entered witness protection, and I was introduced exclusively to the “paralegal team.” I was told things very clearly upfront that later became “miscommunication,” which is interesting because there was zero confusion when signatures were needed. It’s actually a pretty impressive system—top-tier service during the recruitment phase, and then a smooth transition into “we’ll get back to you.” Also, shoutout for the quick response to my original 5-star review—if only that same urgency applied after I became a client. Just updating this so it reflects the entire experience, not just the highlight reel.

  Gave them my case in around 2020 they look at said I had a good case talk to one of there lawyers 2 years later hadn't heard from him call the firm found he had left they handed case to another never heard from tried calling several times then found out she had left never contacted me so made a complaint was given another lawyer whao also left kindly got one to start working on it he told me he wasn't going anywhere then about a year later got a call he was leaving turning my case over to another now this started to work did every thing he could but found out that the doctor that saw me the first time said my injury was cause of my age which could found not right if the fist lawyer had done his job the workman comp had work this case and did a very good job but the other side on the accident side dint costing me several thousands off dollars less than I could have received I had 6 lawyers in a 6year time and only one did his job but because being past around like a foot ball doing nothing cost me I was told by one of the lawyer they work volume more percase
