I spoke with about a dozen different firms with this one being the last interview. I found Tim Weaver to be very up front and helpful, and genuinely concerned about assisting me. His fees are very reasonable and he takes the time to discuss the issues without rushing. There have been ongoing issues in the settlement of the estate, and Tim has been there with me and continues to do so. Although I may not agree with him on every issue, I have come to trust his judgment and now rely on him for legal advice. I never thought I would be in a position to recommend an attorney, but I can highly recommend Tim Weaver should you have the need to consult a probate attorney.
