  I suffer from several, chronic health conditions, as a result of negligence. I was led to Mr. Fostel's law firm by the grace of God. Throughout the entirety of my case, Mr. Fostel was honest, thorough, compassionate, and patient with me. He kept me informed, so that I always knew what to expect ahead of time. He has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the law. During the time that Mr. Fostel was working on my personal injury case, he always made himself available to answer any questions and/or concerns that I had.   Our daughter was killed by a drunk driver in June of this year. We became associated with Clay after the accident that claimed our daughter's life. He has represented us in the wrongful death claim for her minor children. He is an outstanding, extremely knowledgeable, and professional attorney. (which is rare to find these days).
