  We were struggling with the RV Dealer performing warranty services. They had our motorhome for over 7 months. We had reached a point where they stopped communicating totally and we were concerned. Based off of Mr. Fostel's recommendation and his knowledge of the Lemmon Law and our rights as a consumer, he was able get the manufacture to step in over the dealership and resolve our warranty work in a timely manner. Not only that, he was also able to negotiate a fair compensation for the back months of not able to use our motorhome. If it weren't for The Fostel Law Firm, I'm not sure how this would have turned out. The Fostel Law Firm is definitely a company we would recommend. Patient with us, knowledgeable, honest and hard working.

  I've known Clay Fostel for over 11 years and worked closely with him for over 9 of those years. If you're only looking for a slick, superficial lawyer that'll make promises that they won't keep (...and we all know there are a lot of them around), Clay's not your guy.
