  As a former client, I Highly Recommend Robert J Fickman as Criminal Defense Attorney. At 43yrs and no criminal record of any kind I found myself charged with injury to a child (3rd degree Felony) based on a claim made by my 13yr old son making for his Second abuse claim, first claim dismissed by CPS Police detective. This time being arrested and charged was a terrifying experience both my wife, daughter, and myself having no clue how the legal processes work. Robert was compassionate in making sure we understood the process and risk potential incrimination unknown to us. Robert was excellent at communication with updates and strategy and he is clear and concise doesn't sugar coat anything which is what I needed.   I wish there were more stars to give! When my husband was arrested on felony injury to a child charges due to false allegations made by my step son , I was terrified and had never dealt with any kind of legal situation before! A friend of the family referred me to Mr. Fickman. Rob called me at like 1:00 a.m. the evening my husband was arrested and walked me through the bond process, and gave me advice on what to communicate to my husband while he was in custody all before we even hired him. The Sunday my husband was released Rob met us at his office and explained to us in detail what we were dealing with. Throughout the legal process Rob was a ROCK STAR…he listened to our case and got to know our family on a personal level. Rob was always available anytime we had a question or had information to give him. He is direct, thorough, no nonsense, and doesn’t waste time on things that are not beneficial. After a long, stressful six months Rob got my husband’s case NO BILLED! Our family will forever be grateful to Mr. Fickman and his Assistant Märtha for the hard work and effort they put into protecting my husband and his FREEDOM!

  I found myself in a very dark place. I was able to get Mr Fickman to agree to work on my case and try to help me. Mr. Fickman is one of the most dedicated and hard working professionals I have ever been lucky enough to be around. Mr. Fickman was a great communicator and kept me up to date with regard to our progress and what his plans were to get through this issue with a positive note. Mr. Fickman was very helpful in keeping me upbeat and hopeful as we went through a long and complicated process. In the end, Mr. Fickman was successful in winning our case and putting me back into a normal life.
