  I didn't get to connect with Michael Saegart during June and July 2025 like I prayed. But I was extremely impressed and wanted him in my kung fu grip to represent me. He knew so much especially with technology (so important now) and extremely fast answering the phone himself. Give this man his chance and I pray you will feel happy you did.   Update: I attempted to retain Michael’s services and followed up multiple times. He mentioned that he would send the agreement, but it never arrived. Every time I called, he rushed the conversation, which made me hesitant to continue following up. As a result, I missed the deadline to file with HCAD. Michael is excellent, but I am not receiving the service I need. First review on August of 2025: I reached out to Michael Saegert for help filing a lawsuit against HCAD, and the level of service I received was exceptional. Without hesitation, he pulled up my property information during our call and conducted a thorough review with me in real time. He carefully listened to the details of my ARB hearing, assessed the values proposed by HCAD versus mine, and broke down the full cost of litigation—including what potential savings would realistically look like after expenses. What stood out was his transparency. He did not push an agenda or try to sell me on anything. Instead, he gave clear guidance rooted in over 25 years of experience and laid out what to expect when taking on HCAD. He empowered me to make my own decision while providing insight that only a seasoned attorney could offer. Out of all the firms and professionals I have contacted, Michael Saegert is by far the most honest, client-focused and capable.
