They charged us almost $15K and promised us we would have a work permit and social security in less than 17 months, but we never received these documents. We are not even sure if they actually filed and requested them at all. We asked for proof of the work they had submitted to USCIS multiple times and were never given any. I have proof of all my payments and what I did toward my case, why can’t they provide me the same. If I called to ask about my case and why I didn’t receive the results they promised, they made me bounce around between different people, none of whom gave me a straight answer. I hope atty Lasinki knows how her team is behaving. I tried to speak with her multiple times, and even after spending all that money, I was denied a chance to meet with her. This was extremely disappointing and I don’t think a law firm should work like this.
