  I don’t normally give reviews but I give Attorney Richard Presutti 5 stars! From the moment I called to help with my accident case Mr. Presutti and his staff have been amazing! I wasn’t sure if I wanted to hire an attorney but I’m glad I did because the insurance adjuster tried to give me a ridiculous low amount that wouldn’t even cover my medical bills and property damage. Mr. Presutti fought for me and I was able to get a great settlement, buy a new car since mine was totaled, and get the medical treatment I needed. If you are in an accident I highly recommend you call Richard Presutti! I also want to mention Nubia the case manager, she was also great and always kept me informed about my case as well! The whole situation of my accident was stressful and it was comforting to know I was being represented by the best the entire step of the way.

  My crash occurred July 2017. My first law firm passed me off to a lazy crook who failed to file within the 2 year deadline. After 5 years of nothing happening and a lot of frustration, I found Mr. Presutti and fired the 2nd law firm. Less than a month from the 6 year anniversary he was able to settle my case. I'm retired police and I recommend Mr. Presutti to all people, especially those in law enforcement. He knows what he is doing, communicates frequently, and gets the job done right the first time.
