- WJWill JonesNov 18, 20241.0I tried calling this office to work out some issues regarding a visa for someone. It obviously went to a cell phone. Confused expecting to reach what is an “law office” I had asked if I had reached a law office. The guy hung up on me for asking. Thinking I failed the wrong number it went to the same guy who demanded “who is this?!” Wildly unprofessional way of answering the phone. Obviously not someone suitable to work with whatsoever.

First of all, I would like to thank Mr. Venegas for helping me with my case, which had already been rejected once because I tried to handle it myself without knowing the important points and the right way to proceed. This caused me to lose a year and a half with no progress. When I spoke to Mr. Venegas, he cheered me up and assured me that I had nothing to worry about. To be honest, that was five-star service. (He also did some good things I don’t want to discuss publicly, but I can say that he is a human who can feel and understand your situation and really show care.) Anyway, we went on this journey together with full support from Mr. Venegas, and we made it until I finally received my green card in the mail. That was the happiest moment ever. By the way, I never saw Mr. Venegas in real life; I put all my trust in him, and I was right to do so. I hope these words are enough to explain how thankful I am for him.
