  Jim Adler & Associates handled my case from a car accident I was involved in. They took over from the beginning getting me setup for treatments and checking in from time to time to see how I was doing and to update me on my case. It took some time to resolve my case but I kind of expected it and was in no hurry. Would recommend and use them again if I ever needed their services (hope not).

  She was most informative and professional regarding all of my concerns and needs.. she made sure they were all met and was proud to do so.. she is very compassionate and I love her attitude and her way of speaking was quite gentle in a delicate situation of mine.. Celeste Garcia from Jim Adler and associates is one of the best and I would love for her to represent me again if necessary and highly recommend her to everyone that I know.. thank you Celeste Garcia..

  I am glad and so pleased with how Jim Adler & Associates handled my case. When I met with my attorney it was a pleasant and good experience with all explanation of how my case was going and how they were handling all that the case entailed. I was happy with the results. To all of Jim Adler & Associates, especially Attorne iny Angela Boone, her paralegals and assistants, Celeste Garcia and customer service personnel. Thank you very much Jim Adler!

  The company advertises how they take pride and their customers and how they are compassionate and caring well listen to this. I have literally been trying to call and get information about my car accident case since November 2024 I’ve only received two phone calls in reference to my case I have been calling and leaving messages for months and no one returns my call then to find out that I have a totally different case manager leave several messages with that person and they still don’t return my call. I have explained to them what was going on with me due to my situations from the car accident and no one reaches out to me. I have talked to several people and all I get is the runaround do not use them. They are collecting your money and not caring about the people that they’re serving in the Texas area all a scam and it may not be the lawyer itself, but it’s the people that work for him. Beware. !!!!

  **PLEASE READ** Do NOT waste your time speaking with them. They will literally rob you with their % take out and will argue and belittle you with how you would like to move forward. I have used them in the past unfortunately and it was the worst experience ever! They take 33% of whatever settlement and you have to pay taxes on top of that. I worked with Jim’s son personally on my case and he is a man who will try and pressure you to make decisions you do NOT want nor agree with. He is a bully as is the company. Do NOT I repeat do NOT consult them for any accident/ injury you have. I would give 0 starts if that was possible.
