  Worst experience I’ve ever had in the past 30 years. Don’t believe the B.S. on the radio and television. I had to practically beg for a call back from my case worker. One they lock you in they lose contact.No updates on the case.Tried to get a new attorney and they kept asking me to give her another chance.I was removed from therapy without being released by the staff.My injury still remains.I had 2 accidents that weren’t handled properly so the fight will be harder for my next firm. They wasted 4 months of my life until I finally had to leave them. Not one letter,phone call or email with next steps or wishing me well. Hope this helps someone not to get caught up like I did.

  Yes Clint Rytima from Jim Adler & Associates gave me a call about five o'clock this evening February 27, 2026 to discuss the car accident that I had been involved in February 24, 2026. Clint discussed and described to me all of the right things that I needed to hear after having this accident. He really made me feel comfortable and at ease when he notated and recorded all of my upcoming visits and events with my Doctors and Nurses. I supplied Mr. Clint Rytima to the best of my knowledge everything I knew about the accident and what came off my Hospital Paperwork to the best of my ability. With what I couldn't supp ly or didn't know after passing out from the accident, Mr Clint Rytima totally understood and said we'll get the information on it and find out. Afterwards Mr. Clint Rytima said we'll get on it and let you know something, which really put me at ease that I will be getting transportation so I can move around again! Five Stars for you Mr. Clint Rytima for doing a great job at Jim Adler and Associates, and especially for putting me at ease discussing the car accident that I was involved in that left me with a left broken arm with screws and a metal plate in it. Not to mention the right eye with a nice size gash over it that required many stitches to close it up. So Mr. Clint Rytima, Thank You Sir for all of your help, and Hats Off To You Sir! Job well done and efficiently. Thank You Mr Clint Rytima! God Bless Sir.

  My experience with Jim Adler & Associates, specifically with Geoffrey C. Milburn and Jesica Torres, was very disappointing. For more than two weeks, I tried to contact their office to request approval for necessary medical exams and basic treatment to begin my accident case. My calls were not returned, no medical care was authorized, and no meaningful action was taken to move my case forward. During that time, I remained without medical treatment. I was forced to hire another attorney, who immediately took action and helped me begin receiving proper medical care. Despite not advancing my case, not authorizing treatment, and not responding to repeated communication attempts, they are now seeking to collect a percentage of my case. I changed representation due to lack of communication and inaction. Under these circumstances, requesting compensation feels unjustified. If you are considering this firm, I recommend asking very clear questions about communication, treatment authorization, and how your case will actually be handled. Mi experiencia con Jim Adler & Associates, específicamente con Geoffrey C. Milburn y Jesica Torres, fue muy decepcionante. Durante más de dos semanas intenté comunicarme con su oficina para que autorizaran exámenes médicos necesarios y tratamiento básico para iniciar correctamente mi caso de accidente. Mis llamadas no fueron devueltas, no se autorizó atención médica y no se tomó ninguna acción significativa para avanzar mi caso. Durante ese tiempo permanecí sin tratamiento. Me vi obligada a contratar a otro abogado, quien inmediatamente tomó acción y me ayudó a comenzar a recibir la atención médica adecuada. A pesar de no haber avanzado mi caso, no haber autorizado tratamiento y no haber respondido a mis múltiples intentos de comunicación, ahora están intentando cobrar un porcentaje de mi caso. Cambié de representación precisamente por la falta de comunicación y la inacción. Bajo estas circunstancias, solicitar compensación no me parece justificado. Si está considerando este despacho, le recomiendo hacer preguntas muy claras sobre la comunicación, la autorización de tratamientos y cómo realmente manejarán su caso.

  Today I was involved in a serious accident with an 18 wheeler, and during an extremely stressful moment, I contacted the Jim S. Adler Law Firm. From the very beginning, their team took immediate action and made me feel supported and informed. Nicolas Rodriguez, the investigator who assisted me, was outstanding. He was professional, patient, and very thorough throughout the entire conversation.
