She's got a fantastic grasp of risk. As a business owner, I prize her advice on heading off misunderstandings with customers and employees through clearly-structured contracts that account for edge cases. I wish I asked her advice on strategy earlier, especially when it comes to building an org chart and dividing responsibilities. She's tough. She responds fast, at late hours, is rarely unavailable, and never stunned by the scope of the challenge (even when I am!). She's funny! Victoria has a down-to-earth, deadpan sense of humor that brings some much-needed levity to serious proceedings.
