Extremely excessive and unjustified charges. I was billed over $1,600 just for a copy of a deposition—a document that had already been prepared and existed. There is no reasonable explanation for a copy to cost that much. This kind of pricing feels exploitative and raises serious concerns about their billing practices. I strongly advise other firms and clients to reconsider before doing business with them.

Esquire is a great court reporting firm. They have been able to pull a few rabbits out of their hats for last minute requests. They also take the time to come to your office and explain the types of services they can provide and changes in the industry. Scott Shearer has excellent customer service and goes above and beyond. He is attentive to my needs and has great follow through. I thoroughly enjoy working with Scott and his team. I would recommend Esquire for your next deposition.

Love Esquire! Very professional, prompt, turn around time on transcripts is very quick. Anytime I have a question, I call our firm's representative, Andrikia Dobard. She is always available and such a great person to work with.

Esquire is a first-class and very professional reporting firm. They have a full-service litigation support team. Leading that team for our law firm is Scott Shearer. We recently had approximately 15 depositions that needed to be taken in one case all across the U.S. which included court reporters, videographers, and several different language interpreters. Scott Shearer took over as our account rep and everything went flawless. There were no issues that I knew about anyway. I did not have to follow up on one of the depositions. This firm has a great attention to detail, and as a paralegal that’s what I love to see!!
