  My injury case was transferred to Mr. Diab. Despite picking up mid-way, a less optimist outlook, Mr. Diab only showed professionalism and dedication in the entirety of the case. He has set the level of quality work we should all expect and don't mind me bragging: 1. Communication: Mr. Diab is very responsive. He is 1 phone call or email away. He *will* get back to you. He *will* follow up. Ask your questions ! If not, he has already called you. 2. Professionalism: He shows expertise (try him, he knows the answer), commitment (case is closed!), clean organization (refer to point #1), professional conduct. 3. Respect, honesty: Mr. Diab talks to you like a person, as you should be. You are not just a case among others. Mr. Diab is upfront on the progress, explains the favorable conditions and the challenges we faced. He shows data, but analytically. The numbers are proven and not a 'from experience' one. Results: with his dedication, it seemed so much effort on him and effortless on my side. The case was closed, everyone was well compensated and satisfied with the outcomes. Note that during the time we worked together, I was never referred to an assistant. He was the one who picks up and calls. My tip to you is to set one rule for yourself : follow his instructions.
