This company has been extremely difficult to work with. They are unresponsive, unprofessional, and rude. It has been more than 4 months of trying to work with them and waiting on them to look into my account. If you have to work with them, I’m sorry. If you have a choice to work with them, avoid them at all costs. I’ve also filed with the BBB and the Texas Bar Association.

Horrible customer service, I have tried to speak with attorneys and keep getting a rude paralegal “Cindy.” I have continuously requested an itemized bill, and was told that it costs $92 dollars to email a bill! Sounds like a scam. Tired of getting the same old rude lady on the phone.

If you are an HOA and thinking about using this firm to help with collection stay away. They abuse their privilege and take advantage of people struggling to make their HOA past due pays. Prime example: I was incurred a fee every time I spoke to someone of almost $50 to try and make payment for my parents home. When I sent in a payment they sent it back saying it wasn’t enough. They also never come to the phone when you call. They call you 48 hrs later, and if you miss the call they’ll charge you. Is this what the HOA wants? A firm that tries to incur outrageous fees onto people trying to pay their dues?
