- SSsunny popli (sunny)Feb 3, 20251.0I am part of the 3M settlement case. They received my money on the 16 of January 2025 and have yet to disperse it to me and today is the 3rd of February, 2025. This is not a good look and they doing people wrong. Finally got my money on the 4th of February. They still be holding everyone's money way to long after its being released.
- LULarry UnderwoodSep 24, 20241.0They have represented me in the 3M settlement. They told me the letter was sent to my bank on 5 September. They also said the were I constant contact with my bank. My bank has not heard from them. I have sent multiple emails and called 3 times. They have yet to call or respond to my inquiries. As of 24 Sept I still have not received money from them. If I could give a negative star it would represent my feelings toward these scam artist.

February 16th I received a notification of my settlement award and was asked to fill out some addition paperwork. Filled out the paperwork and was told 2 weeks to get my payment election. 2 Weeks end, I call again. Same thing 2 weeks. 2 Weeks ended today. I called today and now the answer is they don't know when I'll get to submit my payment information.
