Now they want to remove themselves from the case with a court date coming up!! She need to be sanctioned by the State Bar! I to had give one star to post but they deserve ZERO stars. Please be careful if you hire them! I am trying to understand why this attorney got so many positive reviews because no compassion and legal acumen was shown in my niece's case! Thank you for your response but allow me to retort. Number one my niece will NEVER ask anyone to be unethical and that you implied that in your response reinforce the words she told me about you not being truthful. No motions of discovery or motion to compel was filed on her behalf by you which should be a basic file for any legit attorney. He has no lawyer so you could have ran circles around him and sought down the line a default judgement. She will send me your invoices and i will see what work you did to require those exorbitant fees. I have been in the legal field over 30 years and I know a shifty lawyer when I see one. My niece will not disrespect anyone especially someone working on her behalf. I will have some of my attorneys look over what you did or should have done and go from there. I still hope despite what you said you treat clients better but blaming a client and you were not doing your job is very low.
