This company has been extremely difficult to work with. They are unresponsive, unprofessional, and rude. It has been more than 4 months of trying to work with them and waiting on them to look into my account. If you have to work with them, I’m sorry. If you have a choice to work with them, avoid them at all costs. I’ve also filed with the BBB and the Texas Bar Association.

Horrible customer service, I have tried to speak with attorneys and keep getting a rude paralegal “Cindy.” I have continuously requested an itemized bill, and was told that it costs $92 dollars to email a bill! Sounds like a scam. Tired of getting the same old rude lady on the phone.

They need to be more human. i know the firm have to make they profit, but it is ridiculous how they attack the home owner.

I have been in the property management business for the last 22+ years, and have used Daughtry and Farine for years, their attorney’s and staff have always been very helpful, polite and they know how to get the job done.
