  What can I say about Thaler Law? If you want a team that treats you like you are family when you walk in the door, is warm every time they speak to you, that will sit and laugh and cry with you, and pray over your children and your family, then this is the firm you hire. We have gotten to know each other very well over my two year, high-conflict divorce. I never once questioned my decision to hire Jessica. While I will not miss the chaos of the divorce, I am going to miss talking to this fabulous team of women (and men) weekly. Thank you for putting my babies first with me, and for holding my hand on this wild journey. We have come so far from that tearful consultation that felt like a life time ago, there aren’t even words to truly articulate it. I love you all!

  I don’t know where to start, in middle of my divorce I was with another law firm that was “ helping” me but in reality they were just taking my money. A friend of mine told me about this law firm ( Thaler law ) and from the moment I step on the ofice it felt different the environment in there was really nice the girl in the front desk was so nice and treat me in a way I felt comfortable, to make this story short I cant thank Jessica enough for everything she did to help me go tru this divorce she put to much work on my case that make me feel I was protected during this battle for her work didn’t end at 5 pm there was sometimes she was texting me at 9-10 pm just to make sure I was able to see my kids I recommend her 100% also shout out to Lisa for answering my emails text and calls really fast and being so patient with all my questions I had, I was bless to find this team.

  recently went through a situation involving our daughter, and as a family, it was a very important and sensitive matter. Throughout the process, we had the pleasure of working with Thaler Law Firm, specifically with Max Tenney. From the very beginning, the way their team handled everything made us feel supported and respected. Max helped us understand how Texas laws work and guided us step by step through the process. It wasn’t easy—situations like this never are—but he made sure we fully understood what was happening and what our options were. We were able to accomplish what we set out to accomplish, and that means a lot to our family. It was definitely a learning experience, but Max approached everything with professionalism, urgency, and compassion. We also understand that attorneys are human too, and even while handling serious matters, they do their best to resolve issues the right way. We truly appreciate the level of dedication and urgency Max and his team showed, often having to separate themselves from their own families to help others through difficult times. Thank you, Max.   This was an extremely damaging and unprofessional experience. After charging substantial legal fees, the attorney failed to show up for a scheduled court hearing, notifying me only minutes before the hearing that they would not attend. No contingency plan, no substitute counsel, and no regard for the severe consequences this caused in a time-sensitive case. Even more disturbing, the night before the hearing, while I was under immense stress, I was threatened—again—that unless additional money was paid immediately, the attorney would withdraw from my case. This pattern of last-minute pressure occurred repeatedly at the most critical moments. Instead of advocacy, preparation, or accountability, I was met with ultimatums, poor communication, and a complete lack of professionalism. The handling of my case caused unnecessary harm and chaos during one of the most difficult periods of my life. Any lawyer can send invoices. But what kind of attorney, in a client’s most vulnerable moment, chooses money over responsibility and intimidation over basic human decency? I strongly caution anyone considering this firm to look elsewhere.

  Ever since moving back to TX, I haven't been able to speak with any professionals for a long time. After realizing I was played by an attorney, I had lost trust in Law Firms until I spoke with Christina Chartier and Jessica Thaler! They have the best Integrity and ethics with extreme professionalism that I haven't seen in years which is also hard to find now a days! If you want your day made, just give the ladies a call.
