I never signed a retainer agreement and when I asked for the money back, he gave me $600 from $2,200 given to him. He never even had to make an appearance in Court. Now I have to sue him. He took $1,600 from the $2,200 I gave him which is larceny (oh and the picture with Google is from about 30 years ago).
