  I was surprised at the complexity one has to navigate to get a settlement after a painful auto wreck but more surprised at the great professional guidance Beni Shabot provided and awed at the amount of the settlement. After legal fees, my share was 24 times greater than the original settlement offer! Wonderful and capable people to work with.

  Benjy is professional yet personal and he cares. He represented my dad and family on behalf of an injury to my mom who had since passed away. We felt we owed it to mom to investigate circumstances that caused her extra grief. With Benjy’s help, we were able to take a stand and be a voice for our mom. He kept us updated on the status, he gave us hard truth even when we didn’t want to hear it. Most of all he was very patient with my 90 year old dad trying to break explanations down in the simplest layman term possible. He responded to our calls quickly and he pushed for the best outcome possible. I highly recommend him.
