  I would give Dan King 10 stars if that was allowed. For a while I thought I could handle my auto accident case by myself, but got overwhelmed and signed with Dan. Best decision ever. My case was relatively small, I did not go to court, but Dan treated me as if it was a million dollar case. The complexity of these cases is astounding and was way over my head, but he is an a absolute expert. He gave me his complete attention, explained everything to me and kept me informed at every step. He reached a settlement in a relatively short period of time that was more than I could have possibly achieved on my own. He is worth every penny of the firm's fee.

  My daughter had another drive run a red light and hit her at approx. 55mph. She was 16. I came to Rick Ward law firm and spoke to Mr Henley, who seemed great at first. After a year of seeing doctors, chiropractor, etc... she was finally released from care, to which Mr Henley said now that we had all of that done, he would be sending a letter of demand to insurance and it would b a couple weeks, but he would be wrapping this up and getting us paid.... After a couple more months, I reached out to inquire about what the status was .... To which he then told me they were gonna have to go to court, they would be putting money in a trust for my daughter until she turned 18, so there was no rush basically .... When I told him that wasn't what he had been telling us the whole time, he tried to tell me " well it's not your money!" Wow. Since this conversation, he has made zero contact w me. However, he has left voicemails on my minor daughters cell, saying he needs to speak w her before speaking to her mom... That he had a couple questions. I have left him vm, stating that's completely inappropriate and he needs to call me, to which I've gotten no response.... At this point, I feel like we made a huge mistake coming here

  Currently, this is the 2nd time we have needed a lawyer because of a car accident, and Mr. Ward and Mr. Hinley are very knowledgeable and definitely work hard for our family! Some lawyers are so fake and sleazy feeling but that is the last thing you would ever feel here. The customer service you get along with the professionalism makes it well worth it!
