  From the first meeting with attorney Jessica Phillips, I felt confident that we were in good hands. We recently finalized our case, and I’m completely satisfied with the work she and her team did for us. Jessica and paralegal Amie were complete professionals, always on top of the work on our case, never requiring us to push to keep things moving. I felt respected, heard, and didn’t doubt that our case was properly prioritized. They were patient with questions and gave helpful guidance when we had hard decisions to make.   Attorney Jessica Phillips is the best family attorney you could hope to have in your corner. Ms. Phillips at Schneider Law Firm was referred to us by a close and trusted friend who is an attorney herself, and that referral was a gift. Ms. Phillips was everything we needed. She was kind and personable, and she was also professional, knowledgeable, and exceptionally competent. Her confidence and expertise made every courthouse visit far less stressful than we expected. She knows her work and she knows the system. It was obvious that the court staff respects her. Judges, bailiffs, clerks, and fellow attorneys greeted her with ease, which tells you a lot about her reputation. We felt fully cared for from the first meeting to the final hearing. Every question was answered, and we never felt rushed or treated like just another file. This case mattered deeply to us, and she handled it with real care. Her team was excellent. Ms. Phillips’s paralegal, Ms. Jackowski, kept everything organized and on time, and the billing department was efficient, responsive, and transparent. You never want to need a family attorney, but if you do, you won’t find better than Ms. Phillips and her team.

  Looking back, I felt unheard and wish I had been given more advice to plan for the entire process. I hope it's not because of being a male but it felt as if there was no hope because of the "just take the deal" mentality that was pushed. I felt like I had to do all the work to prove myself with the evidence. Pros: - very thorough to review docs when preparing for case - I found their office locations to be convenient Cons: -they don't have DocuSign -don't offer electronic storage to submit documents -phone calls are mostly for appointments (during deadlines I was communicating through emails).
