SCAM ALERT: He will take your money and not call back. Be warned and read the comments and reviews. We have ended up having to file a complaint with the bar association. They will take your money and never return calls or do anything for your case and since you cannot reach them, refunding the funds is a mission. We are in the middle of probate and they took advantage of grief. If this happened to you as well, please contact the Bar Association. Attorneys like this need disciplinary action and with those of us that have been affected filing complaints, they can get disbarred. To all those that this happened to, please file a complaint. This experience was extremely disconcerting.

I’ve waited almost 3 years (October 2022) for Joe at Gonzalez Law, PLLC to do ANYTHING to help resolve my mother’s estate, unclaimed funds, and property. Paid $2300 up front and I get no response to emails or voice messages requesting my files or case status . Don’t waste your money!! I now have an actual attorney working our issues. Bar association complaint is next. (I had to give 1 star to make this post, that’s 1 more than he deserves!)

After many years of Joe handling 3 family members estates, the sale of my mother's home, etc. Joe has had our money $3600 for over 2 years, to handle just our Will as well as mineral rights. He's been to our home to deer hunt, we have nothing! 2 years and 3 months.... we couldn't have been any more disappointed. He's not returned our calls/ text you would think after all the business we've brought to him, he would appreciate us enough to take care of the simple business as in our will/mineral rights.
