  All I can say about Mr. Pickering, he is a very decent man. He has been extremely helpful and caring. I will never forget Mr. Pickering. I would highly recommend him. He has my absolute respect!

  Couldn’t be more thankful for Mr.Pickering and his affiliates. They made such an impact on my life. They worked diligently on my custody case and it doesn’t go unnoticed. I’ve recommended him to several family and friends. I whole hearted believe that he truly enjoys what he does and thats what makes the difference.   I highly recommend Mr. David Pickering! We used him 30 years ago with a custody battle which he won for us and more !! Unfortunately there was no options to place reviews back then, so here we are again having to use his council once again . He is the same person who we met 30 years ago I was able to even grab a hug ! Walked in like family all over again 🙄. Five stars to him and staff ! Thanks again Mr. PICKERING!!

  My name is Jay, I’ve been calling attorneys because I want to make sure I hire the best attorney. Yesterday I made a rushed appointment for 2 but I actually ended up having to talk to the investigator. I told them I could do it over the phone. Then they made an appointment today for 10 I planned on being there but right before I left I was on the phone with a district attorney which I let David know. I told him I wanted an attorney who didn’t just focus on money because attorneys like him just love to suck peoples money. My wife has been abused for 10 years and was crying and David had the audacity. The first thing he asked was how much money will I give me. Then he called us flakey even tho I told him I could do it on the phone. Why would an attorney call someone flakey because they were talking to the police when my wife was balling her eyes out. Don’t even waste your time with this guy he’s been an attorney for 34 years and only has 16 reviews from his friends. This guy is rude but he acts nice. Find a different attorney.
