I have had a great experience working with Brock Zettle over the past decade, in particular Clint Zettle. Clint is extremely knowledgeable, professional and takes the time to explain everything clearly so you feel confident in your decisions. His attention to detail and proactive approach really stood out, especially when it came to planning and avoiding potential issues down the road. What I appreciated most was how responsive and easy Clint is to work with, he genuinely cares about his clients and it shows. If you are looking for a trustworthy firm for Real Estate, Business Matters or Estate Planning, I highly recommend Clint Zettle and Brock Zettle Law Firm.

I am so glad I called Brock and his team. They were so professional and quick to get me an appointment to review and take on my case. I am so glad I did because they helped me with my real estate issue. Without their help, I would have lost thousands of dollars. They knew exactly how to help and win my case. They are very friendly there too. His entire team did an excellent job for my family.

Frequently Asked Questions About Brock Zettle

Do I need a medical power of attorney (MPOA)?

A medical power of attorney, also known as a health care power of attorney, allows you to designate an agent to make health care decisions on your behalf when you are unable to communicate your wishes. This document is often requested by hospitals and physicians before admission or outpatient procedures. It is also crucial in emergency situations where you may not be in contact with your regular doctor. Having an MPOA in place ensures your medical preferences are respected even when you cannot express them yourself.

What is a last will and testament?

A last will and testament is a legal document that outlines your wishes for the distribution of your assets after death. In Texas, a will can serve several purposes, including appointing guardians for minor children, specifying funeral arrangements, establishing trusts for beneficiaries, authorizing independent estate administration, and waiving executor bond requirements. Our firm can create a customized will that addresses your specific needs and ensures your final wishes are carried out according to your preferences.
